After a long standing career in hospitality I was searching for something challenging and fulfilling, Calling on my experience as a commercial leader, I chose to follow a dream and create something new and fresh within the property market. And so Caplen Estates was born!

Opening my own business, Caplen Estates has been the ultimate experience. Working with family can always be tricky but going into business with my brother has offered me a level of support I could have only imagined. Trust, empathy, drive and wanting the best for you and all those around you.

Now a well known High Street brand, our business is going from strength to strength, especially in tough times for the industry. We are excited about the future and our expansion. Keep watching!

Having worked in the property industry for many years, I wanted to take things to the next level, giving me an opportunity to showcase my skills and experience within our family business at Caplen Estates.

Living and growing up within the local area enables me to connect with the local community and its customers, offering our values, which derive from being a family business; honesty, transparency, trust and great customer service.

After working as a PA in large corporate organisations in Central London and Canary Wharf for over 13 years, I moved to Abu Dhabi in the UAE, where I took on the role of Business Development Manager in an international bank. Following 10yrs in the UAE and a career break to raise my two children, I now work as Office Manager for Caplen Estates, with a focus primarily on all aspects of office management, marketing and sponsorship opportunities within the local community and also providing support to our Sales & Lettings Team.

Property has always been of interest, I spent my early career in South London as a negotiator and progressed through the ranks for a large independent London-based estate agent. After 5 years I started my very own little family and have taken the plunge to join the family business. We are a tenacious team who are knowledgeable and ever growing, I am excited for the future with Caplen Estates.

After finishing my A-Levels, I found a love for property and helping people on their property journey. I joined Caplen Estates after gaining over a year’s experience working in Epping and now look forward to expanding my career in the West Essex area and being part of the Caplen Estates family.

After leaving school I studied Theatrical makeup in the West End, I met many walks of life and was able to make some amazing memories along the way. A pandemic later and I decided to leave the London life behind me and work closer to home. This is when I developed a great understanding for all thing’s maintenance and property management. I was then offered the opportunity to join the Caplen Estates family and I haven’t looked back! I have always been a social butterfly and enjoy being able to help others along the way.

I’ve always been passionate about property and have a background within the Construction industry, Customer Service and Hospitality, so when I was looking for a career change, I felt property was the right fit.

Renovating two homes, I have practical knowledge and hands on experience. I also know how hard, and stressful, selling a home and buying a new one can be, because of this, I pride myself on doing everything I can to make the process as easy as possible, adjusting to specific needs and being mindful of individual situations.

If I was selling my home, I would choose Caplen Estates.

I have working in the Lettings, specialising in property management for 7.5 years. I pride myself on my ability to connect with people and build relationships, as well as my knowledge and understanding of the ever-changing industry to provide excellent customer service. I hope to continue my career in Property management with Caplen Estates while continuing to learn and grow.

Having worked in the corporate world for the past several years, I have gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise in property management, but I missed the agility and personality of a boutique company which Caplen Estates has given me. I’ve developed strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors, which has given me a great understanding for delivering and getting the job done. I look forward to furthering my career with Caplen Estates.

After working in an administration role for the past 18 years I was looking for a new challenge.
When the opportunity arose to work in the local community within a family run business I jumped at the chance. I’m looking forward to offering a transparent, honest and reliable approach to property solutions.
