We work hard to minimise void periods and to ensure there are no arrears. Over the past year, our landlords have experienced an average void period of just under 1% and only 1% of our landlords experienced rent arrears.
Whether you have one investment property or a large portfolio, we like to work in partnership with our landlords, taking our fees monthly throughout the duration of the tenancy rather than upfront like many other agents.
